So another recent find was the McGill Sports clinic. If you are physically injured and say it was sport or exercise related you can see a doctor very fast here.

It is not free and McGill people get it on insurance apparently but it is quick and if you are in pain maybe $50 is worth paying....basically they offer lots of physio after check-up by doctor.
It is open to the public.
